    • We take take great pride in using local fresh produce, our Chef continually reviews and refreshes the menus which are reviewed by Nutritionists to ensure residents receive high quality and balanced meals
    • Mealtimes are an opportunity to socialise, our dining rooms offer a variety table sizes and if a resident prefers, a meal can be taken in the privacy of their own room
    • Of course coffee, tea and cereals are available 24x7 as required and Breakfast-in-bed is also available if desired
    • Theme nights are popular, these include Bistro nights, Curry, Chinese and Cheese & Wine nights, and many others based upon our residents suggestions

    • Carers help as needed, with bathing, dressing and medication
    • Carefully selected team, on duty 24 hours, is headed by our highly trained Registered Manager, supported by District Nurses, GP's and other visiting healthcare professionals
    • Our Carers recognise that providing a sense of community and social interaction with residents are important aspects of our residents' quality of life
    • All our staff at our care homes will be appropriately qualified or have undergone suitable training.

    Residents' Accommodation

    • many of our rooms are ensuite and luxury suites - all are furnished and equipped to very high standards
    • Residents may personalise rooms with their own furniture and items as they wish
    • We also have rooms which are wheelchair accessible, including an accessible bathroom
    • Our rooms have their own individual character, and have:
      • Its own emergency and aid call bell.
      • Fitted carpets & curtains and comfortably furnished.
      • Centrally heated, with their own in-room heating control.
      • T.V. aerial socket with excellent digital reception.
      • Telephone point.
      • WiFi Access.
      • Emergency call system, so that even in the privacy of our resident's own room, a helping hand is always nearby, if required.

    • All of our homes have a number of comfortable lounges, dining rooms and some also benefit from conservatory and garden areas, giving residents the choice of socialising or privacy.
    • Our homes offer a shop, visiting hairdresser, plus visits from Dentist, Optician, Chiropodist and clergy of various denominations
    • Our homes are typically equipped with either a wheel chair accessible lift and/or Stannah chair list
    • We operate our dining room in the style of a high quality restaurant with waiter / waitress service
    • We operate a No Smoking policy throughout our buildings and provide a smoking area for residents and staff
